Re: Phoenix suddenly shooting to the right.

Update- I have checked every single fastener on the bow. Nothing was loose. Brace height gets checked every time I shoot so that was not it. No scope to lose zero as I use Excals open sights. I could find NOTHING wrong. Even tried one of my spare strings. Got the same result, POI was to the right. S...

Re: Phoenix suddenly shooting to the right.

Hooks are tight to the sides of the mainframe when cocking. Just pulled the stock and the two screws holding trigger unit to mainframe are tight. Trust me when I say the front and rear sight have NOT moved. Just check the limbs again for splinters. There is none. This has really got me puzzled.

Re: Boltcutter accuracy--need input

Boltcutters and Firebolts are all I've used for the last 3 years. Zero issues with durability and accuracy out to 50 yards.

Vixen2 bow only?

Is there any way to buy the Vixen 2 as a bow only with the open sights that used to be available? Thats how I bought my Pheonix back in 2012. Don't need or want the scope and base.

Excal used to be firmly against moon nocks. I'd use flat nocks if I were you.

Nothing wrong with Firebolts and Boltcutters. Seem to work just fine with my Phoenix.
