One other thing to check and this may not be the way your rings are made BUT I believe that on some rings you can rotate the small clamping bar 180 degrees and it my look right but it will fail to tighten up properly to the weaver style rail.

Re: HELP!!! Why cant i keep a scope on my axiom??
You have 6 screws that hold the scope mount rail & trigger housing. Two under the stock which MUST be removed to get to these 2. Four screws through the rail into the top of the trigger housing. Then you have all of the scope ring screws. Make absolutely sure that ALL of these screws are tight a...

Re: looking for the best bolts to use for my axiom
You may want to try using a target with several bulls eyes on the same side for your groups and in the picture are firebolts. This group is dime sized.

Re: Nikon Bolt- No Speed Ring???
I use my Equinox with a Nikon Bolt for hunting and this is what I did. I set the X-hairs for POI at 25 yards and use them for all shots out to 30 yards. I use the 1st circle for shots over 30 yards out to 40 yards and I don't shoot/hunt over 40 yards. This scope is accurate & rugged. My wife's 1...

Have Danny swap it out for a Leopold or Nikon Bolt. Even if you have to spend a little more it will be worth it. JMO

Re: 2014 Equinox?
Pine Mountain have been great for me to deal with and I have had no problems with them. Keep your BH at least 1/8" gap between string and rubbers on the S5s. You adjust the BH by removing one end of the string and put CCW twists into the string using a stringing aid. I have an 2012 Equinox and ...

Re: Scope upgrade
I suggest that you look at the Nikon Bolt for your micro. This scope is light, short, accurate, rugged and has a 3" to 4" eye relief. The Bolt does NOT have a speed ring and is NOT lighted. The optics are very good in low light conditions. I use my Equinox for hunting & have sighted th...

Re: New micro 335 brace height
I suggest that you increase the BH so that you have a 1/8" to 1/4" gap to the rubbers. Do this by removing one end of the string and put CCW twists in the string using the stringing aid.
