Re: Opinions on Matrix
I have a 330 and I love it. You can shoot it all day and not get sore. It's easy to pull. And as far as it's killing ability, it's plenty fast enough and has more than enough power to kill anything. I've killed deer and bear with mine.

Re: Mock Scrapes
I go above and beyond. I use tarsal gland gel mixed with tinks powerbuck. I treat the licking branches with Code Blue rack rub. This combo has worked wonders for me. I have a camera set up and the pictures I get of bucks coming in and putting their scent all over my setup are unbelievable. This is w...

Off topic question to string makers
Hey peeps it's been a very long time since I posted something. First off I'm not switching sides and still love my crossbow but I recently started learning to shoot a traditional bow. I was wondering if there's someone that makes strings for both crossbows as well as a regular recurve bow. I've alre...

Re: Airbrakes -- Why --Howcum -- Whatfor??
I put these on my 330 and I gotta say they look cool BUT THATS IT!!! Yes they do quiet the bow a little bit but not enough to be a game changer. These do not improve your hunt. I killed deer before these came out and the deer never knew what hit em. Personally, for the extra weight that gets added t...

I just ordered a defiant 34. I have no feedback other than I'm really excited for it.

Re: matrix 330 or 355
Not bragging but accidentally dry fired my 330 awhile back and Mercy took it, no problem with the limbs. Killed a deer a month later. You can shoot it all day and your arms won't get tired. I'm extremely happy with my 330.

Re: "Brake pads"
I had bought an Ibex SMF for my ex years ago. I remember firing the first shot and thinking about how loud I thought the bow was. I did buy the brakes as well as the bumpers and they made a big difference in noise reduction. I definately recommend both brakes and bumpers for the Ibex SMF. Other than...

Re: Side by Side Comparisons-your thoughts?
First thing that popped in my head when I seen the 355 was how have the limbs been improved after some micro owners experienced split limbs on their 335?

Re: Side by Side Comparisons-your thoughts?
Sorry Anthony I didn't see your original post but out of curiousity was it about the reliability of the micro limbs on the 355?

Re: Crossbow vs.Compound Bow.
Mr.ROC I have had compound enthusiasts jump all over me over the use of crossbow. I don't hide the fact that I'm in favor of crossbows for both target and hunting and I do hunt with my crossbow. The main comment I hear all the time......"its not a bow" or....."that's not bow hunting&q...

Re: Crossbow vs.Compound Bow.
I started out with crossbows and last year finally bought a compound bow and I love it. I ended up with my first crossbow simply because I couldn't afford a Mathews bow. After a number of crossbows I couldn't shake the urge to try out a compound. Last year before my Turkey hunt I stumbled on an eBay...

Re: M405
I was at the archery range the other day and talking to the guy I deal with and was told that Excalibur is in fact discontinuing production of the 405 due to the problems with the bow. I did ask him about this 350 LE that you all been talking about. He actually had one behind the counter that someon...
