For my arrows, a wrap or two of plumber's tape makes a nice snug, press fit for my aluminum nocks.

Last time I shot I bounced a Executioner off a vertical steel girder. The same type of "oops" with another arrow led to the field tip and insert being shoved down the arrow till the tip was flush with the arrow shaft. Weird to see that Black Eagle Executioner just bounce off the girder and...
