Re: Arrows testers needed

I just bought a half dozen of these arrows. I'll test them but don't want to be obligated to do it in a month. Thx for the tip on good arrows/bolts. :D

Re: One extremely lucky 73 year old DUMMY!!!

I stay on the ground! It's much safer. If I fell 16' I'd be FUBAR for sure or killed. I bust up nicely. :)

Re: Butt-Out 2

Doesn't look too good to me! He broke the small intestine using it with deer poop going all over. I'll keep using the string method. Works every single time. Watch: http://youtu.be/iy5AerRfRZg

Re: Scope Covers in the Rain?

I use butler creek scope covers. They are pretty cheap & do the job just fine. They keep out water & dust & other nasty things. :)

That's a monster. I'm cold just looking at that pic. Bet you had to put your hands inside the deer while gutting to keep them from freezing! :)

Re: Recommendations for meat grinder?

The Cabela's 1 1/2 horse model is one bad ass grinder. It will grind bones if you want to. Spendy but they reduce them from time to time but not by much. They are worth it!!!!!

Nocks & Broadheads for a Vortex Crossbow

I'm a newbie to Crossbows so go easy on me plz. Actually I just received it in the box & haven't even built it yet. Question: Does it matter if I use Flat or Moon nocks on my Crossbow bolts? Also, how many grains of broadhead should I put with the 20 inch bolts? I plan to buy some new Easton bol...
