Re: Limbs marked with 8.5 and 9

On the 8.5 and 9 it is the exact same amount of glass . Just a variation in the universe caused a 1/2 pound difference in the limb . They are a match . :) As for the limbs on a matrix . They are shorter so hence the higher poundage range . yes, the half pound difference seems to be deliberate proce...

Re: Limbs marked with 8.5 and 9

increments of what?
and why are they not matched evenly, and always .5 out?
what does a set of 1 and 1.5 compare to a set of 9 and 9.5?

Re: Weird accuracy

it could be your arrows.... use the same arrow, with the same vein pointing downward so there is no variation in your shots... then use a steady bench rest. if there is still discrepancies in accuracy, then try in with another arrow. if you keep getting misaligned shots, then its your scope. you hav...

Re: Most accurate Excalibur?

imo, all excals are considered accurate.... but a bow is only as accurate as the arrow it shoots.
the lower the speed, the less the arrow is affected also.

so in my opinion(leaving optics out of this), a bow that shoots below 200fps, with straight, tuned aluminium arrows will yield the best results.

Re: Scope Problems/Vibrations

99% of the scope vibration occurs when the string latch releases the string and the scope mount gets thrown violently upward..
string suppressors will not help you here.
the scope is under warranty so just enjoy and shoot your bow without worry.

Re: Am i nuts?

yep... the rails without the paint/camo are the ones that seem to smoke up.
my vortex used to smell like sulphur when shooting indoors.my exomax does not have the problem.
if you shoot them at night, you can see the sparks fly sometimes... seriously.
