Tirgger Job For Older Bow?

I have an old Wolverine bow that is amazing to shoot, yet the trigger obviously is not a 2.5 lb pull. I saw those fancy trigger sets that Trigger Tech makes, but for $150 +tx+shipping; I doubt it is worth it for an old bow like this. So my question is, what can I do to make my trigger more responsiv...

Getting Ready For First Spring Turkey Hunt

I was hoping everyone could help me out. I have an Excalibur Wolverine and am getting excited for the upcoming spring turkey hunt. My question is, what broadhead is everyone using for turkey? I have heard good things about the excal boltcutters, but I have also heard guillotine broadheads are amazin...

Re: Best Sling For Excalibur Wolverine

Well I wanted to update everyone on what I ended up doing for a sling set-up on my bow. I purchased a Quake Industries The Claw (black) and Uncle Mike's Quick Detachable Super Swivels with anchor screws. It turns our that the claw sling comes with swivels, so I used one screw from my purchase of the...

Re: Toronto Sportsman Show

I'm new on here and just getting into hunting. I'm heading to the show for the first time this Saturday. I'll definitely be at the Excalibur booth. Adrian, I'll be sure to look you up as I am eager to get into hunting turkey.

Take care,
Jason

Re: Best Sling For Excalibur Wolverine

wheelie,
Thanks for the response. As for my wolverine being a 175lb draw, that's what the gun shop owner told me. Is there some other way to verify if he lied to me about that (such as a serial number or something)?

Thanks

Best Sling For Excalibur Wolverine

Last week I purchased my first crossbow, an Excalibur Wolverine with a 175lb draw. I want to get into hunting, so this will fit the bill very well. The only downside is that there is no sling. So my question is, what does everyone suggest I use for my sling? Also, there are no sling mounts on my uni...
