DaveShooter, I totally agree! I told them that I would rather they get one than me and they said that didn't make any sense. I told them that when they have kids of their own that all the goofy things that I say to them will be understood.

Thanks for fixing the pictures for me! I read all the replies to the boys and they said thank you all. I think they were almost as happy seeing the replies as they were to take the deer! Thanks again and hopefully these were the first of many this season! Good luck to all!!!!!

They were using a Phoenix with Vixenmaster string, 2219 bolts with NAP 2 blade Bloodrunner broadheads. Konnor's 8 point went about 20 yards...

Vixenmaster strings.........again!!
After reading about them and talking to Mr. Vixenmaster over emails, I ordered 3 from him. I ordered one for my Exocet and two for my boys' Phoenix. I was super impressed with the quality of the string and the amount of speed gained was very noticeable!! Not only does he make a great product but.......

I guess this would be considered a "true" double lung shot. This was from 46 yards resting on my knee. I love this bow!
