Re: Range Finder Mount
Anybody come up with a solution - how to mount a range finder on a Tact Zone scope?

Re: matrix 355 advice, please
Hey Jeff. I just measured mine (I've got the REDS bumpers) - set the front of the string 5/8" from the riser/rail joint. Then get out there & shoot!

Re: Anybody ever eat raw venison?
He's right, it's delicious! It grosses out my wife, but I sneak a bit anyway now & then. I'm not aware of any concerns with parasites, like trichinosis with bear for example.

Re: curious about trigger
I put the Hunter (2.5) in mine. It's a big improvement - just enough weight and NO creep.

Re: 20 vs 40
Does anybody know of an "arrow ballistics" program/formula where you can put in various arrow weights/speeds & zero distances and calculate drop at various distances?

It appears this hearing has been postponed to Wed Aug 21. Support for this bill will be much appreciated by Wisconsin's current & future X-bowers.

Re: Have you ever shot a porcupine?
I once shot three in one night in my underwear. (How they got in my underwear I'll never know - sorry Groucho . . . ). Not with an x-bow though - used a Beretta 92.

Fletching adhesive
There are many special adhesives out there . . . any reason a guy couldn't/shouldn't use regular old cyanoacrylate glue?

Re: Sighting In Tips
Excellent tips - thanks nchunter. One I'll add based on recent experience: a TriggerTech trigger will really help your marksmanship. No more variables associated with trigger function (e.g. creep). Yeah, they're spendy, but they're very nice.

There's Sportsman's Guide and Sportsman's Warehouse - two different outfits. I've done lots of business with each . . . both good companies.

Re: How to remove a glued nock from carbon bolt
There's an easier way. I just shot one of mine into a rhino Block. When I tried to remove it using my Excal arrow puller, the nock came right out! The rest of the arrow took a little more work.
Newbie question: what should I use to re-bond the nock into the shaft?
