Has anyone heard of......?
Has anyone heard of Steve Nickson? I was browsing through the internet to find tips on whitetail hunting and strategies and I got into a site where he was selling a book called 'Whitetail Trophy-Hunting Secrets'. He also has another book on Treestand safety and tips on how to successfully place and ...

Question on factory sight
Heya all: I am getting my Phoenix put together bit by bit and as yet I do not have a LumiZone or VariZone scope. So for now I am stuck with the factory sight. My question is: The bottom part of the top post that is pointing down is used for 20 yds? If that is the case then once I have my 20 yd pin s...

Hello everyone. How is everyone doing and how is deer hunting looking so far for you this year? I have a couple questions that I would like to put out there and would love as much feedback as possible on this topic please. I want to start making my own xbow bolts. I would like to be able to make car...

I would have to vote on the fixed blade broadhead and the one that immediately comes to mind is the Wasp Boss. I bought it and it is very sharp looking. (LOL) It has smaller proportions then the Wasp Hammer SST and was made for the fastest shooting crossbows on the market. Along with fixed blade bro...

Anyone test or try these yet??
The ST Axis Full Metal Jacket carbon core arrows with an aluminum alloy jacket surrounding it? Just seen these in a hunting catalogue and wondered if anyone might have picked some up to test and/or try? They look really good but I am wondering about performance. Easton makes them.

Shooting from a treestand???
Hello Excalibur Crossbow lovers!! To start off, I have got my food plot in (it is growing awesome), got my treestand up and I am ready to get out for deer this season.....OH NO!!! I am not ready because I do not know how I need to be aiming at a deer when I am elevated in a treestand. I am approx. 1...

Phoenix Performance?
Hiya all: Purchased a Phoenix for this year. I have never even shot it yet so I was wondering if anyone had some hunting or target practice info on how they performed. I guess I am looking for how long your farthest killing shot was on a deer and info like that. Any and all info will be appreciated ...

I used Fall Field of Dreams brand. (Actually, that is the crop you put in in the fall to give your existing site a boost with new plants) I forget the original name but if you type in Fall Field of Dreams, the name will come up and it is also made for the Canadian climate. I don't think that Tecomat...

First make sure that you know who the blind belongs too. No sense approaching someone about the issue if they are not even involved. If his blind is overlooking your land but he is sitting on his land then there is nothing you can do. If he shoots a deer on your land then he would have to trespass o...

I must be blind or stupid....
Before I post a topic for discussion I look to see if I can find the answer in this or other forums. So far, no luck at all. Here is the question and I definitely need an explanation on it. What the heck is F.O.C??? Everyone seems to know what it is and so everytime I see it used it is always like t...
