Re: Rage broadheads

When I used to shoot compound I tried rage titanium's which are $80 for 3 and the would open in flight causing the arrow to fly all over the place. So when I switched to the matrix 380 I bought slick trick magnums. 125gr. 4 blade with a 1-1/8" cutting dia. The blades are made of diamond polishe...

Re: Excalibur Matrix 405 Braod Head Weight

Slick Trick Xbow 150 gr. 11/8" cutting dia. I shoot Slick Trick Magnums 125gr. 11/8" cutting dia. on 20" black eagle executioners w/ 92gr. Brass insert and balzer vanes out of my matrix 380 and I get 1" groups out to 60 yds. Slick tricks really make slug sized holes

Re: Bow Noise

You can buy string groove silencers at 3Rivers archery to quiet string slap. As for a heavier point on the executioners, I just made up a dozen and left them at 20" long with the 92 gr. insert and I had to go from a 150gr. to a 125 gr. field to stiffen the spine
