Good idea Ont_Excal, I just came up from the basement having decided to do that very thing. :idea: I also sat on the bag target and bounced a bit to compress it more. That did the trick. Heading to the hardware store to get some eyebolts to suspend it right now. Everyone on this forum is so helpful....

What kind of sling swivels are you all using for the buttstock attachment? My Uncle Mikes will not fit the molded hole on the buttstock. The buttstock material is too thick to get the swivel on. I don't want to have to file it to thin it out.

I'm sure being in a basement made it seem even louder than it would if I were outdoors. It is powerful though holy moly. I put two arrows into my yellow jacket crossbow target (brand new) and they went thru it and hit the concrete wall behind it. Ruined a Zombie and a Diablo.

I just bought a 355 at Dunham's today using a 20% off coupon. Sure enough, $899 list price, 20% off + tax, out the door for $763. Was planning on getting an Equinox from Danny Miller but he was sold out of them.

A lot of good input here guys, I'm glad I asked as it has made me add and subtract a few things. I'll be hunting local on a farm with the the SUV only a 1/2mi away so don't need too much.

I was actually thinking about this very thing today. I've seen a lot of pics of the members xbows and quite a few have slings. But I've not seen a pic of one with a Ching Sling. This provides a substantial amount of support, I know I was surprised when I first tried it on my rifles. Really helpful w...
