Re: An explanation of the Triggertech's trigger

I've been going back and forth...I need one, but then again I don't, I need one....

Which do you prefer the single stage or two stage trigger? I think I need to shoot both before I can make my decision.

Re: Why would I

If the REDS, cheek piece, Guardian ADF, and speed to burn interest you, get a 380.

If you want something more compact, lightweight, and are not thrilled about cocking the Matrix 380, get a 355. I am really intrigued about the 330, personally. My next bow will be a mini matrix.

Re: another little adams county buck

I picture those guys high five-ing and celebrating and hooting and hollering and then the truth sets in and they look at each other and one says, "Now how the hell are we going to get this big buck home?"

Re: How to determine age of crossbows

I think for anyone on here to know definitively the age of the bows in question, you'd have to post pictures and a list of the stats you have on them: power stroke, camo finish, rail length, name on the rail, etc.... Someone will help you for sure. Does it really matter how old the bows are? Save fo...

Re: I'd Love to see this!

I live in LaSalle, ON. On Dec 23 2011, I snapped a trail cam pic of a white, (not albino), fallow deer. They are not native to N. America and certainly not found in my neck of the woods. Being so close to Christmas and all, I thought Id send the picture in to the Windsor Star to get kids all hyped u...

Re: A couple of M330 videos

In second video, he says that the 330 comes with the REDS...maybe the demo does but I'm pretty sure the stock ones don't. Either way I got a hankering for a mini matrix, so I'll wait and hope they offer a 305 one day.

In the Great White North it's a little different, Canada Revenue just asks us to bend over.

Re: Do you think

I saw that in the video too, thought he misspoke or something so I rewound it a few times and sure as shart, he said chrome plated.

Must mean the internal, articulating surfaces or something because the trigger guard and trigger look ordinary to me in the video.

Re: Who Pre stretches their backup

I have a Boo string as my go-to and about 2-3 from other string makers that are waiting in the wings. Don't anticipate using the old backups anytime soon though. But like you said, it's good to plan for the, "oh s#%t moment" and having a pre-stretched backup is peace of mind.

I bought my matrix from David at Wyvern's and the service was great, price was unbeatable and there's no tax. Delivery time was shorter than anticipated.

Re: Help with first crossbow - Ibex vs. Matrix

When I was comparing the Axiom and Ibex ,I much preffered the thumbhole stock. It just felt better when shouldered. As for the safety it has been a non issue for me as it has become second nature. If you sit with your bow at the ready, in hand, the whole time you're on stand like I do...you appreciat...
