I started off with the Firebolts and didnt have any thing in particular i didn't like with them but I switched to 2219's and I don't see myself ever going back to carbon. The 2219's are super tough, accurate and cheap. Can't beat that.

I finally was able to break in the Vortex this morning on this 8 pt. Its not the biggest buck in these woods but I was not gonna pass this one up for my first crossbow kill.

Im hunting my private land mostly this year, cause Im not able to go out after work this year like I used to. Up until this year I used to hunt public land week day afternoons. Arkansas has great public land opportunities for archery hunters.
