Every time i schedule some shooting time to play with my vixen after the work i have done it either rains or snows or is just to cold . Cabin fever sucks

from what i have read magnus recommends a 22" arrow for using bullheads in a crossbow to clear the foot stirrup .

Bought a 96' vixen here on the classifieds from vixenmaster . i have been gathering parts when i can , New mag tip limbs , vixenmaster string and a milled down forward riser . Sorry to hear about this Mike ,not much worse than a thief IMO . Putting a game cam or two up around your place is probably a good idea in case whoever it was comes back .

Mission is made by Mathews if i remember right and should be a very solid bow . Defiantly nice that you can change strings and cables without a press . I see what looks like a camera mount ,looking forward to some more videos

I have not tried them but have been looking at them and other similar broadheads .

FYI The 380 blackout is coated/diped as well . It is a carbon fiber like pattern .

You'll want to be sure those will clear your foot stirrup if you chose to use em.

My advice would be to hang your dad's bow on the wall and get a different one to shoot . There is one on ebay that is nearly new going for $50 at auction .
