have been leaving them all month in stand .hasnt rained,im sure they got wet from hurricane.they did have something on them to repel water because were for outdoor furniture.cant get back over there for now, is muddy mess!headed to different spot this evening.only get to hunt weekends...just a few m...

the rain (patricia) has just about passed,fixin to get in my ground blind.see if any bucks come in to hit feeder or refresh scrapes.been cooped up to long!has become a tradition to go hunting on sunday evening while my honey watches the cowboys.ill keep up with them on facebook while i hunt.

i bought two outdoor chaise lounge cushions (they were on clearance sale)have ties on both sides.one to sit on and one for backrest.silly me left the old cushions in stand and squirrels ate them.

It has been pretty warm here ,too hot most evenings to go.I have managed to get in 5 sets so far .Got one doe a couple of weeks ago.All of them seem to have a baby with ,most still covered in spots.so ive waited patiently for another mature doe .i got fussed at last week a lil for shooting right in ...

look right beside the bolt ,perfect shot placement right behind the shoulder. i dont have photo bucket so i upload from facebook had a picture of the heart punctured right in the middle ,was a lil too graphic. bummer. we put all the hearts & livers in the freezer,they make excellent cut bait.wer...
