Re: Matrix 380

A chunk of tip is missing. I would assume that there was a split but did not notice

Matrix 380

Hi all
Anyone have issues with limb tip breaking on their 380 or know if this is a common issue with the 380.
I got mine over Christmas and guessing 200 shots through it and tip broke on me today.

Matrix 380

Was wondering which stage trigger tech trigger would be best for my 380. Dual stage reads like there would be a lot of travel due to more than 200lb and maybe more than 2.5 lbs whereas the single stage would be true to what they advertise.
Any info would be greatly appreciated :D

Re: Taczone question

The scope on 355 is not clear out to edges and I had to get it just right on eye relief. The scope on 380 is totally different and love it

380

Hi to all I was so happy with my 355 I got in October and I shot my biggest buck to date in Ohio. Today I picked up the 380 and set it up and shot a few arrows before dark. Amazing. 3 shots and hitting x ring. Giving 355 to my dad, and 380 and I will be together for long time. Was wondering what gra...

Matrix 355

Has anyone experimented with arrows shorter than 18" and what was your evaluation?
If so would you recommend them for hunting as well?

Thanks

Re: Black Eagle arrows for 355

I have the 355. Used diablos with 125 gr tip and BE executioners with 100 gr tip with 92 gr insert. At 60 yards difference was 2". I did get slightly better group with BE and it 355 seemed a little less noisy but it was windy

Re: Just Testing The Waters...

I have vortex, equinox and matrix 355. Really liked my vortex, not so much the equinox but my matrix 355 is number 1 favorite

Arrows

I got my BE executioners in mail and was able to shoot them a few times today. BEE with 100gr vs diablos with 125 gr. out of matrix 355. Point of impact out to 40 yds was the same. I was shooting off a rest. I am not sure what total grains of each type but I guess the BEE would be heavier and expect...

Re: Scope

I shot 2 doe last yr with rage and was impressed but wanted to try one more time and again same opinion. I have shot a lot of deer with spit fires and always flew good. I heard slick tricks are pretty good fixed head. Might give them a try in the late season if I can get them to fly good with diablo...
