Re: Worth?

The trouble with crossbows is that they are big and dorky. You can put guns under a bed ,gun cabinet etc. The 3d footprint of a crossbow is big. I hang mine in the garage l have a number of pegs to hang them up on the wall. I need a small ladder to reach them but they are safe and kinda out of sigh...

Re: FOR THOSE OF YOU USING TRAIL CAMERAS ON THEIR LAND.....

According to "Whitetail Experts", deer have two different ranges during the year. We see certain bucks on camera during the spring and summer. As bucks start to grow antlers, they tend to be out in the open hardwood bottoms and field edges more than in the really thick stuff we see them i...

FOR THOSE OF YOU USING TRAIL CAMERAS ON THEIR LAND.....

....everyone hears stories of "I never saw that monster on my camera" when they shoot a big one during the season..... ....is it safe to assume that what one is seeing now on cameras could or will significantly be altered once at least the archery season starts, but more so when the guns g...

Re: Worth?

Is it worth it to own more than 4 crossbows? Lol …..absolutely not, in my book!….do you shoot them all?…or do they just take space somewhere at the expense of another bow?……I find I roll arrows for EACH bow so it starts getting a little confusing…. … …..it’s not a question of worth it….it’s a quest...

Re: How many is too many?

….. I come from a whole different perspective…. When I only get a chance to go to the range 4-6 times a year and the past few years only getting into the field about the same….more than 2 is too many for me…. ….. what put a little wrinkle this year is NYS and it’s archaic CB restrictions… so I bough...
