bow case for Crossbow

I found that my 380 fits quite well in a plano bow case I had laying around with plenty of room for bolts and lots of other gear. http://i48.photobucket.com/albums/f225/madabula1/1-20131118_151700_resized2.jpg Just added a couple of pieces of velcro for extra stabalization http://i48.photobucket.com...

Do they ever!!!! Here is my brassica late summer http://i48.photobucket.com/albums/f225/madabula1/1-20130428_092035.jpg Here it is now that the acorns are gone and the freeze and early snow sweetened it up. http://i48.photobucket.com/albums/f225/madabula1/1-20131228_143752.jpg Here is what it must h...

Re: Taczone question

My 380 came shipped from factory in October and the Taczone was defective. (Not only not clear but had junk in the tube and green side was intermittent) Holding for the replacement to be shipped from Woodys. Apparently there was a back order. Sure hope it is clear and operational I very much liked t...

I very much admire that folks do not jump to conclusions on this forum.

Re: 405

I'm fairly sure my 380 will shoot through a truck door (might try it come spring!) So unless you are driving a bolt through hippo hide not sure its overly significant.

Re: Why I hunt Coyotes

They do keep the deer on their toes and moving along the evolutionary chain. Interestingly there is some evidence that when coyotes are removed from the current average midwest landscape other predators such as foxes, coons, possums, skunks snakes etc's.numbers rise and most other small game suffers ...

Granddaughter's first

Got a chance to take my granddaughter hunting over the holidays. Re: top mount quiver bracket

I used Danny's for years on an exocet 200. IMO it is easier for shooting off of rests and gives some camo against face movement while watching target over the bow. I've recently moved to a matrix 380 and have yet to mount a quiver as i love the shorter, lighter aspects. I have a belt mount for my 4 ...

Re: anti-dry fire on Matrix 355

just got my 380 last month after years with exocet. I did dryfire the exocet one time and busted the string. just by the sound and speed I'd be fearful of the 380 going off unrestrained. Only problem with the 380 ADF is that I have trouble holding back, pepressing the ADF and pulling trigger. But I ...

Re: Bolts

I just upgraded to the 380 from a very happy life with an Exocet 200. Mainly for shorter lighter easier to cock experience. My litestuff package included Diablo's and shot ok w/my previous 100 grain heads but to try to quiet it I tried some old 140 razorback 4's and 5's. Both drilled a 1" group...
