I was looking at the same thing and I came across limb savers insulator strip. They are 3 1/2 long by 1/2 wide. I was thinking of sticking them down the sides to see if that helped. Haven't tried them but they might work.

I just went from the tact-zone to the crossbones and I think it is way clearer. I have not been able to go out and shoot with it yet but I think it is a keeper for sure. Thanks for the replies. I just need to pick which way and go for it. I just cant imagine drilling or cutting on something I just spent so much money on. But I know that's the only way now.

Thanks for the replies I ended up going with the crossbones, hope it is the right choice. Should have it by Friday! New tact zone on ebay cheap if anyone's interested.

Wish I would have seen Don's way before I tried mine. I got first three screws out and the last one stripped out on me :x . Not sure what I am going to do yet, might just leave it and eat the cost of the adf not sure yet.
