Well I decided not to mail the ADF in for repair , so I drove it to Excalibur and got it repaired . In and out in 10 minutes.
Three weeks to deer season did not want it to get lost in the mail.
Thanks to all at Excalibur.

Re: Broken ADF
Thanks Peter, I have a call in to Don Douglas .
I will ask her to send me a new spring and try to install it. If all else fails I will bring it in to General Gun and have them install it.
Thanks again.

Broken ADF
I was doing a trigger polish today, as soon as I finished I put my glasses on and noticed a thin wire hanging down from my ADF. Then I noticed the latch did not go down anymore. I tried to undo the hex bolts but they are not coming off , at least not with my allen wrenches. Will have to call Excalib...

Its a brand new block first shot and every shot goes through

Reinhart target and Matrix 380
Well I got to sight in my Matrix 380 with bolt cutter broad heads . Found out that they go right through the target and stick out about 1.5 inches at 20 yards. Looks like I will be losing any arrows shot at a deer. I did have a lube on the arrows for easy removal , just had to remove the broad head ...

Re: Clone question
I have not seen any knockoffs yet, but considering the cost of all Excalibur . They need a little competition. Competition is good for all of us keeps companies honest. Excalibur also has their limbs made in China ( Nothing Wrong With That) Wonder what the Chinese pay their employees to make Excalib...

Re: Shot distance for deer hunting
30 yards was my max with the Axiom but now with a Matrix 380 , I'll go 40 yards max if the conditions are right, wind being a big consideration.

Re: If money were no object...
What I would like to see is a heated pistol grip. Then I would not have to carry hand warmers, and would be ready for the shot.

Re: HOLY BACKSTRAPS BATMAN
I purchased my 380 Matrix in Feb 2014 and still have not sighted it in yet.
Must be something wrong with me.
I have taken it apart and put blue locktight on all the screws just have not had time to shoot it yet.
