Re: Max distance Excal Vixen (TARGET ONLY)
I shoot 117 yards with my excalibur matrix mega 405 with 150 grain tips and the standard excalibur arrows and I can keep my arrows in a six inch circle I use twilight zone scope and HHA speed dial you have to put your own marks on the dial since it does not go past 80 yards easy enough to do though

Re: The Number 1 most customized deadly Excalibur Crossbow
Re the weight. I just threw on a Harris bipod for the heck of it. It's coming in at just about nine even. Now my kodas won't feel left out : ) Eg , I'm not sure where you lay your head but be careful with that light. Some wardens don't take kindly to them. deep in the wilderness in northern alberta...

#2. His baby brother. Love it I knew I couldn't be the only one with a mounted rangefinder like that...what kind of scope you using and all you need now is to add the optimizer speed dial Don't need the hha. The scope is a Zeiss. Just get the speed right on the bdc and it is calibrated out to 80. I...

Re: Matrix Mega 405
Hey bowhunter I have not shot any broad heads out of it yet just target tips so far. I have shot them at car doors 2x4 boards and targets and the power is amazing. The 405 will shoot almost completely through a solid hard 2x4 and even split the board right open.

Re: Matrix Mega 405
I have never used a trigger tech trigger but I have and equinox and my 405. The 405 is much better than my equinox... It breaks clean does take a little pressure to pull it but it let's go nice I've no complaints. The bow does have slight bounce or recoil to it though so I recommend having it tight ...

Re: How do you carry when hunting?
I have a small hip quiver that I put on my belt almost to my back side so it is completely out of the way. And for my rope it's either in a pocket on my hip quiver or I have draped around my neck which always works unless your running.
