Re: M380 blows [Picture]
Well the bow was not strapped down, as a matter of fact it was resting very loosely and there was no extra weight in the sled. Might , just might want to consider there could be a problem with the epoxy job(s). Mine is not the only one that has lost a limb tip for whatever reason. Upon close examina...

Re: M380 blows [Picture]
There was no warning with my 405. I shot 4 arrows, all in a 1" dot at 30 yards, then the 5th shot I heard something hit the side of my truck about 15 feet away. I started looking and saw the new string (maybe 25 shots) cut badly on the serving at the loop on the left limb. A piece of the tip ha...

Re: M380 blows [Picture]
My 405 did the same thing this morning. This is not the only issue I have had with this bow. I am truly disappointed in this bow, so much so that I have also thrown in the towel and ready to move on. The bow has been down for one reason or another more than it's been working. I will not bash Excalib...

Re: Help Please - Crossbow Problem
My 405 does that a lot. You may have to pull the trigger again so it can reset and then re-cock the bow. Just make sure the safety is in the fire position.
Good Luck

Re: Trigger mechanism loose screws
Don't want to strip them out. I know the lock washers on the trigger assembly are far past flat plus the Loctite. It will stay together about 30- 40 +/- shots then the groups start stringing out mostly downward.

Re: Trigger mechanism loose screws
I can't keep them or the screws that hold the anti dry fire tight in my 405 even with blue Loctite.

Just checked my 405, they also were already pre-ground approximately half way.

Re: Excalibur Matrix 405 quiver and Ramcats
Good to know, I haven't tried them in my quiver yet, but they shot extremely well out of my 405.

Re: O/T .22 LR Rant
Hard to come by and expensive here in south Mississippi as well. Saw some off brand standard velocity LR's at a recent gun show (500 brick) for $100.
