Re: Air travel with your excal. . .???
Disassembling by the 2 bolts will not change your point of impact. The case you mention should work fine. I would not remove any foam.

Re: 405 speed?
http://i1064.photobucket.com/albums/u362/pbal4/atachronosetup_zps6d112373.jpg We had this cool chronograph setup at the ATA show to show people what our crossbows are shooting speeds as advertised. The 405 was consistently shooting around 409 with a 100 grain tip. We did try it with a 150 grain tip...

Re: Will the 405 Trigger pull weight remain the same?
The kind of price tag that is on the 405 Matrix, it should have a premium trigger on it.
I just got mine and probably won't have enough time to practice for turkey season with it now since I have to send it back!!!!![Sad :(](./images/smilies/icon_sad.gif)

Bowtech didn't help with the building of these  Now, now let's not blame BowTech, they barely got there feet wet in this matter. Other than some inconvenience for their owners, it should make not only the Matr...

Re: Will the 405 Trigger pull weight remain the same?
I ask because I have not seen any mention of this. I even asked in the recall thread. Hopefully Peter will answer.
Hate to get a heavier trigger back than what I had before sending it back. I already put the scale to it.![Wink ](./images/smilies/icon_wink.gif)
