It has worked for me too. I lost 31 pounds in 5 months. Then went off it for a while. Regained 8 Went back into the induction phase last week, hoping to lose another 15. Easiest diet I have ever tried. It's great for us carnivores! :lol:

I am still an advocate of keep it simple stupid. Since I don't shoot in competition the peep and pin suits me just fine (for now) anyway. I can keep 3 inch group at 30 yards with it, so will stick with it for hunting.
