I call them bolts usually but sometimes arrows. Who cares? To me a bolt is just a word describing a short arrow fired from a crossbow. It's just a word that has been generalized to also include modern xbow projectiles aka short arrows

Dan's the man!! I wax my string and lightly wax my serving. Works well for me. I think Danny says not to wax it bc if you overdo it ,you could get wax in the trigger mechanism but I've never had a problem.

I finally took the plunge!! Waited and waited then finally did it. Quick question before I bring them to the range. How much do the plastic flat nocks that come with them weigh? Also anyone know how much slick trick washers weigh?

Yup, they are press in. Just replaced my nocks on my new zombies.

350 grain is the minimum. Any lighter and you risk damage to your limbs (and yourself) because you are essentially dry firing your xbow. I shoot 422 grain bolts from my 380 and get 346 fps.
