Re: Offspring crossbow

Re: Offspring crossbow
I sure hope it really is a rugged wheeled XB otherwise it could tarnish Excalibur's image having their name associated with it.
If I buy a new XB it will be a 405.

Re: Rail Lube
When I bought my Micro I asked and Danny Miller and he told me not to use anything on my serving or rail.
I was afraid to ask him "why not"?

Used crossbows and warranty
The Excalibur Warranty specifies "original owner" but what are the real life implications of owning a used Excalibur bought on the Trading Post and having issues down the road that would have normally been covered under warranty??? I have even read somewhere that some crossbow companies wo...

Be just the ticket for tree stands and ground blinds . I know what you mean because I have this desire to get a blackout 380 to keep my micro compan...

Re: Predator calls
Figure I should update this thread. I ended up getting a Foxpro wildfire 2. Decided to take it out this morning and within 20 minutes had a small female come in. Dropped her at 40yds, 10-15 minutes later I had a male come in and dropped him at 120yds. Beginners luck! http://i100.photobucket.com/alb...

Re: Question on new 405 setup
Brian, please compare the pros and cons of both the M405 and the 165. There's no question the Scorpyd is in a power/speed league all it's own. Thanks. Sew, They are very different. The scorpyd is heavy but well balanced which helps do to the RDT design. Cocking is way way WAY easier with the scorpy...

there was a request for a youtube review so I did a VERY short one.....I wanted to show that even at age 61 cocking was manageable and the Micro easy and fun to shoot especially considering I never shot a crossbow before 3 weeks ago, norm https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bHtL24fsvXI ps..for all my ne...

Re: matrix 330 or micro 335
If that is the price for the complete package in Canadian dollars that is amazing.
If you have disc/back problems the micro can be a problem. I am 61 and I don't find it hard to cock, BUT if I don't use good form It will aggravate my sciatica.
Good form is a must.
