Re: Charger crank
Put a little more pressure on cranking while pushing the release button. Mine does the same thing sometimes, thought it was jammed up. Somebody told me to do that, and it will release

Re: Excalibur taking a beating.
I think it is on the big blue "f" social media site in the Excalibur Crossbow Owners group. It seems like every owner on there today had limbs go boom. Micros, Matrix 380s, Assassins, the whole product line.

Re: ExShox
My experience is opposite of Anthony. Brand new Micro 360 TD Pro came with them installed, bow sat for a few weeks so the adhesive had plenty of time to stick. Took about a dozen shots and the one on the right limb went flying. I removed the other one and installed my DrStirrup dBKillers (to replace...

Re: Swat X mags!
The A4 Mini would be more suitable for bows shooting less than 360 fps. What about the Ballistic 7-series for the 330-350fps bows? It is only slightly bigger than the A4 Mini, 1.6" dual cuts vs 1.5" dual cuts. Both have the COC tip, the A4 Mini is a 2-blade entry and 4 blade exit design a...

Re: Swat X mags!
I wondered what the minimum speed was needed for the Crossbow Magnum X-Mags. The website just says it is tested up to 460fps, but doesn't say what the minimum required speed is to be considered a magnum bow. Found this blurb on a reseller's page: The X-MAG has .036 blades and is extremely tough for ...

Re: Swat X mags!
So Jamesy - Do they come with the bands? Do you find they need them, or do they tend to stay closed until they reach the target? If they do better with bands, do you like their clear ones or the tougher black ones? At what minimum speed do you think qualifies as "magnum"? Their website lis...

Re: Anthony's 380 buck
Congrats to Anthony Jr.
Now Anthony Sr needs to stop making arrows and get out into the field. Those Assassins are going to mutiny if they don't get some field time

Re: LUMENOKS STILL ON SALE (EARLY19)
Yup, confirmed it is working. Just ordered 2 of the Lumenok Extinguisher and Arrow Pullers with the code. Should have ordered them with the Lumenoks (which get delivered today), but I wasn't thinking. Now I wonder if two 3-packs were enough...

Re: Nokturnal nocs
I'm starting out with Lumenoks. Why? 1) Word of mouth here and 2) They are 25% off right now.
I know somewhere out in my small hunting cove is a bolt from 4 years ago with a sharp BoltCutter on it somewhere along the brush line. If it had been lit, I might not be talking about it right now.

Re: excal 308
Is the Excal 308 about the same as a Grizzly or is it a micro? It's a Micro, it uses the 16.5" Quills. The Grizzly and GRZ2 are based on the Matrix platform. 308 Short is 30.375" long, 21" cocked and 25" wide de-cocked. GRZ2 is 33.25" long, 26.5" cocked and 30.5" ...

Re: Ex- Shox Question on Micro 360TD
I find, in my experience, if you leave them in the plastic bag.. they stay there forever. They don't even wiggle. I would have done that, but my dealer did me a "favor" by pre-installing them. :eusa-doh: No biggie - now I won't be tempted to try them. If they were still in the p...

Re: Lumenock
Just ordered two 3-packs of the HD Orange. I put any fallout I receive from the wife on this squarely on Anthony. (dog house emoji, we need one mods!). Going to put them in my 18" BEEs Shot them a few times out of my Micro 360 today and they actually fly pretty nicely. Didn't put a br...
