Re: Just checkin' back in

Although getting in the field is now very tough, I still find myself able to enjoy riding the Harley and doing some Off Roading in the jeep.

Thank's so much.

Just checkin' back in

Just checkin' in with all of you I consider friends. I'm still alive, and kind of kicking, following a battle with type 3A non-small cell lung cancer which started in May of 2018. The current remission I'm experiencing was made possible by a then brand new and recently FDA approved and released immi...

Re: What’s the best replacement scope?

After having owned and used several different brands and models of scopes and due to age and the sight issues some of us have to deal with due to our ages,  I'm a big fan of the Hawke XB 30 Pro's also. I have all three of my Excals. equipped with illuminated hawkes scopes .... The X...

Re: Hey I'm back !!

Thanks for all of the replies... I have not completely given up hunting, as I have now resorted to my Camo 450 4x4 Yamaha Kodiak quad. and a Foxpro remote control predator call with about 100 pre-recorded calls. Depending on the day and my mood, I choose either my mod.527 CZ in 223 or the same model...

Hey I'm back !!

I have been having problems trying to log in and make a post or PM for some months now... As I keep having to log in before post and then nothing happens.. In addition, I have been fighting non small-cell lung Cancer for over 18 months now. I'm back again for another try.. If this does work, I would...

Re: micro 355 crossbow

Everything Dan said x2. (Well, I have never used mine from a Pop-up blind ) sure nicer than My matrix in tight spots and heavy brushy areas.

The 355 micro has quickly became my favorite model in my collection of Excal's. :eusa-dance:

Re: Matrix 380 speed

I would think you would have to take into account the riser your 380 is using. Lately Excal has been modifing many of the origional 380 " swept forward " risers and re-maching the outer 5/8" - 3/4" of the limb pocket into risers that are not as swept forward as in the past ( a bi...

Re: Micro 335 Limb Failure

If the bow your having issues with is a Gen II and they send you a Gen II replacement riser and new set of limbs you will be good to go and have similar performance to that you are used to. If it is a Gen I bow your shooting with the shorter rail and they replace the Gen I riser with a newer Gen II ...

Mike,
That would be great.. I'd love meeting you and a couple other guys ( I talk with often on the phone in person ). Let me know when and I'll have the coffee pot on and possibly get the wife to do some baking before hand. :eusa-pray:

Re: Missed 1st day of Season

For me it's been the whole first week and not for weather related reasons. Actually it's been about perfect, with light rain and cooler days . My problem runs more towards the initative to go out and try again this year :eusa-doh: ... I have found that since completeing chemo and radiation for lung ...
