Re: Blood trails
You have to use what you think is best it's that simple. Use what you have confidence in. I have a friend l mentioned...that is kinda lacking in the accuracy dept. He makes these crappy shots an gets away with it because he is using a giant expandable...l actually like this because I'm the one who e...

Winter crappy time
I had a great hunting season l kinda saved it in the last 15 minutes but even without the buck l considered the season a success. As l get older I simply appreciate the time in stand more than ever before. Some Saturday nights I found myself wishing a deer would stay away just because l wanted to go...

Re: Time on your stand
I go from 330 till dark whatever that ends up being. During the rut it's whenever l can as much as I can morning and night.
It's personal but l rarely hunt mornings anymore other than the rut.

Re: How cold is too cold
I have shot my excalibur bows in "cold that feels like razor blades" no issues. The people up north in Canada have more experience with the cold than here in Pennsylvania. I had one of the limb gernading early micro bows I was always afraid of the cold with it but never an issue. As I get ...

Re: 2 new 2024 Excalibur Crossbows
I bought my micro in 2014 I believe l paid 800 bucks for it. It's crazy where this has gone. I'm not gonna buy a new bow simply because I'm happy with mine. At least the excalibur is a quality bow ..my friends ravin was 3000 bucks and it's broken twice this season what a plastic piece of junk.

Re: Christmas ruger project completed.
Norm...my only mistake is that l bought the boyds stock from optics planet..great customer service and fast delivery but now I get 12 emails a day trying to sell me stuff.
They have me confused with someone who is way more wealthy lololl.
