well the stringer came the other day. i put a few twists in the string and now the string is just behind the line and laying about 3/16 from the bumpers. i bought some 100 gr target heads and shot them. a little over fist sized groups at 50 yards. i shot the 150 gr that came with it again and had ab...

after mocking it up to see what it would be like i decided not to pursue it any farther. i have it in the classified hope to trade for a top mount quiver kit.

thanks for the post. i was wondering if its worth messing with. 30 for 3 new heads or 20 for new blades..... ....Bobcat...you can pick up a four pack through Dicks....I have not seen the Spitfires for 30.00...I have seen them for 39.99 for 3 and Dicks carries 4 for that price...If you have a coupon...

i have been reading like a million reviews on broadheads and the spitfires and slicktricks seem to have there least negative reviews if you can tell anything by them.

my dad has an old pse " fire something or other" but it doesnt have a rail it has a little plastic tab that the arrow sets on . i wonder if i could scew a whisker biscit on the front ? sounds like a winter project......... :D

anyone ever bowfish with there excalibur? a couple years ago we got into the carp pretty heavy while at the lake. my mom couldnt pull the recurve bow back far enough to get enough snot on the arrow to stick one. she bounced it off a few though but tired out fast. i was thinking about a crossbow rig ...

so im leaning toward shooting these out of my micro. i see you can buy replacement blades for them. who uses them and has replaced the blades? what is your opinion? :?:

will not work with the dead zone scope. just to save anyone else 55 bucks. there is not enough room between the back ring and the turrets. :roll:

ya im not shooting it until i get the brace height right again. the dealer carries the stringers just was out but i also think if it only takes 60 -70 shots to stretch a string to the point that it needs adjusted they should sell one right wit the bow. :? heres an easy way to get the string off wit...
