Re: Arrow smithing lessons

I'm in, don't know the difference between the arrows so I'll go with whatever brand you get the better price on.....I hate to be a PITA but I have no idea as what weight inserts to use....how do I make that decision? Need some advise here.

Slash arrows

Just ran across an ad for Slash Arrows in my new edition of Bowhunter magazine. here is the link to their website: http://www.slasharrows.com/products/ins ... -crossbolt

Anyone ever seen these before? Anyone have any experience with them? It's a very different idea.

Re: What do you use to secure your trail cams?

That is why the price of trail cameras really ticks me off.......I am always hunting on someone else's property so have no real control over trespassers. Can't see spending huge mon...

Re: Shout Out to NuFletch

My experience with them has been good. I ordered two sets of Ignitor lighted nocks and when filling in the forms, listed my home address in Canada, and then input the shipping address as a friend in Florida as shipping within the U.S. was free and then my friend would send it up to me. For some reas...

Re: dr stirrup promo deal

The products are well made and well thought out....the issues I had are firstly, the front end mount works well to allow you to use both feet to cock the bow and it also allows you to stand the bow on it's end if seated in a ground blind........the problem is if you're sitting in a tree.....you cann...

Crossbow arrow lengths

This is my first hunting season with a crossbow. I have a Matrix 330 and love it. It has already taken down one deer. I am hoping to participate in Boo's arrow making class sometime in the spring and want to know before then......what is the general opinion on what length of arrow to use and why? Am...

The same issue is what caused me to convert from a vertical bow to the crossbow. Great move.....he will thank you for it.

Re: Question about my weight....

I am currently using the Diablos that came with the Matrix. I believe they are .303 diameter but could be wrong. Not a big fan of using rubber bands to hold things in place so the Swacker is not on my short list.
