Have you held any of these in person? The reason I ask is because some folks are surprised at how big the matrix crossbows are. The micro to me is the perfect blend of size and power, IMHO. I'm biased though

Thanks for the pic deerstalker! I may take a trip over to my local basspro to compare the two when my dlx arrives. Something tells me I will be leaning toward the smaller footprint. Still have decent eyes so I'm hoping the reticle won't bother me.
