well the 721 and the 700 are very simaliar but to my understanding the only major difference is the safety disign,, one conversion kit that i have looked at is the kwik klip kit which is for the bdl w/ floor-plate to be converted to the d.m.,,

a while back i was looking for and asked you guys guys what new, but reasonable turkey shotgun,, i wanted an 870 express turkey camo, but found one i like and think is better,,, it is a mossberg 500, full camo, 12 gauge, 2 3/4, 3" for roughly $460 can. just can wait to go pick it up on saturday...

forgot to mench,, i would prefer checkering and a cheek peice,, maybe thumbhole depending on looks,, and not sure on the type/ colour of wood,, the action and barrel are blued and gloss black scope

well it depends on the use, but i am guessing that it would be for whitetail.. if that is the case the exocet ill do more then enough, i have an exocet with dis. pads and it still makes its noise, but the deer don't have much of chance,,, I am happy with my exocet and a think you would be too,,,,,, ...
