Re: Unequal limbs when cocked. Normal?
Exactly how far off can a scope be? Yes I understand the windage can beadjusted. We are talking minutes of angles, also the extremes of this are cut in half due to the tube length and the point of measurement. On an Excalibur how bad is the worst scope alignment as far and straight down the rail? Ok...

Re: Unequal limbs when cocked. Normal?
You did not point any other place to measure... Wouldn't it be wise for EVERYONE to be considerate to each other, I am trying to help out. Also the length of time or number of posts on a forum does not hold ranking on how good or bad the advise is. You don't know who I am or what I know and ranking ...

Re: Unequal limbs when cocked. Normal?
Any chance your drawing the string unevenly? Also I would think if it were a limb issue you should see it uncocked as well. Check by measurement the limb tip to a central part of the bow. Like the elivation cap on the scope and see if one is significantly different. use a fixed point on the bow. Wh...

Re: Bulldog 400 & Xact bh
I switched to a fixed blade head and it solved the issue. For the previous years they flew great just last September the bunch I bought did not fly well with my 380. So with like a week or so before the season I made a change and went fixed blade.
They still shot great out of my micro.
They still shot great out of my micro.

Re: Bulldog 400 & Xact bh
I shot xact out of my 380 and micro for a couple years. I like them. With that said I also changed broad heads before the archery season 2015 for my 380. The xacts I got would not group with my 380 but did fine with my micro. What I found was with the new xacts heads I bought they must have not stay...

Re: Explain Power Stroke
Could it be just a misprint? I have a printed brochure that says micro 335 has 9.5" power stroke not 10" like on website. Unless Excalibur changed things up on the 335 as well. If it's angle of limbs then wouldn't overall length be the same of the bow for all the bows? 315 and 335 are adve...

Re: 380 chrono much slower than I would like
My bow with all the add ins was shooting 350fps with a 350 grain bolt including tip. The other 380 shot 350 fps with a 400 grain bolt including tip. When he shot the 350 grain bolt his increased to low 360 fps. His bow was at that time 100% factory. When we added a Flemish string he lost 4-5fps. Whe...

Re: 380 chrono much slower than I would like
The chrono was set at 40" in front of the arrow tip on the 380 when bow was cocked. This set up included a lead sled for steadiness while shooting, I wanted this testing to be repeatable. So the micro and 330 would be slightly further away because they are shorter. I would say parallel was clos...

Re: 380 chrono much slower than I would like
My arrow weight is right at 350 grains from my scale. Has been since day one. chrono was as level as a table, which i didnt check but nothing leads me to think that it is terrible out of whack. nothing rolls off of it. this spring when i shot it was about 60 degrees but i was inside using an incande...

380 chrono much slower than I would like
i bought a chronograph and this spring shot my 380 through it. My last reading was 375fps. Fast forward to a week ago when I was helping a friend who was tuning his 380. We chrono his bone stock bow with 400 grain arrow and tips at 350+- fps. We also checked DB level on it then added silencing items...
