Re: Pre Rut Success with the 350
Great story... Thank you for taking us along! :eusa-clap: Can't help with the pictures..and I tried pretty hard...lol Thanks, I’ve seen other members have the pics right in the post. I followed (at least I think I did) the steps in the “how to post pics” thread. I can only post the link. I even att...

Pre Rut Success with the 350
Got out of work early today, traffic was light on the commute home, and was walking to my treestand by 3:00 pm. I figured luck wasn’t on my side when I kicked up a decent buck on the walk in. Never a good start when the first deer sight is a white tail and what appears to be an upside down barstool ...

Re: Micro 335 vs 315 Limb Failures?
I am one of the few that had a Micro 335 limb issue after 700+ shots. Within 5 days Excalibur sent me a replacement riser with brand new limbs and a brand new string... I wouldn’t part with my Micro 335. It’s a keeper.

Re: Micro 335 Limb Failure
I finally got around to shooting the Micro 335 today. Here is my take. Total turnaround time from shipping old to receiving replacement was 5 days. The limbs were new, riser was machined and roughly finished. Shot a few shots at 20 and 30 and it seems consistent. I shot 3 Quils w 100 grain field tip...

Limb Dampeners
I’m looking for dampeners for my micro limbs. Any options without purchasing the entire Excalibur Kit or the DrSturrup Silencers? I found that anything stuck to the limbs fly off and would prefer the ones that slide on. Thanks.

Re: Matrix suppressor combo
I just picked up the 2018 Matrix 350 LE. The newer version comes in the same original full camo with the same stock as the one pictured above . I think is called Feather lite? The riser is different than the original 350/405 and there are 2 indents that are not actually cut out. Sharp looking bow an...

Re: Micro 335 Limb Failure
Received the Riser and Limbs today. Its obvious that the riser is machined, roughly ground, and not new. Also notice that sharp metal from the rough grinding is within a millimeter of the limb. You can really see it clearly in the 2nd to last thumbnail. I’m pretty sure that this will dig into the li...

Re: Not happy with blood trail
Used 150 gr Bolt Cutters for years. All deer were recovered with the exception of 1. Some left great blood trails others left a drop every few yards. There are so many factors in play, it’s tough to determine the cause. I did switch to 125gr RamCats last season. Shot and recovered 3 deer with 2 majo...

Re: Micro 335 Limb Failure
Looking at the pics brings a question to my mind. How tight were the main limb bolts? I’m not sure, I do regularly check to see if any bolts are loose. Had to tighten the scope rings, quiver mount, and stirrup a few times but never the limb bolts or stock. Also, this bow was used in regular rotatio...

Re: Micro 335 Limb Failure
Called Dawn Monday morning, left a message, and she called me back within 20 minutes. Very pleasant and helpful. She advised me to send entire riser with limbs to Woody’s in PA (close to my location in the Republic of NJ). I was told that a new riser assembly would be shipped out when they get mine....
