My matrix 355 has to go.

Hey guys. Sorry to say I just put my 355 on the block in the trading post. It was that or my 335 she requested. Since I'm only doing ground blinds now, the micro suits me better I guess. I'm going to miss how fast that 355 is. I never even shot the 350 gr out of it. It was plenty fast with my BEEs. ...

Re: Stirrup Protection

All stated above helps getting rid that annoying ting sound. I found cutting a couple strips of bicycle inner tube works the best for me, after trying foams, cord, ect. Starting at one side, I tape the end of it down and start wrapping around the stirrup, finishing it off at the first bend in front ...

Mine never logs off. I'm automatically logged in each time. Could it be the device people use?

Re: Is This Really Archery Hunting?

Archery or not I'd like to figure out how to increase the air compression and power. This would be a lot of fun! Paul It's in the valves and hammer spring tensions on the amount of air to release for each shot. A lot of PCP air rifles can be self adjusted for power to conserve air from ju...

Re: Is This Really Archery Hunting?

They should have called it a technology advanced blowgun on a stock. No lung pressure needed. My how far we came from shooting spit wads out of a straw.

Re: Is This Really Archery Hunting?

We could always modify our compressed air nail guns and have a semi auto loading quill shooter. Of coarse we would have to glue vanes on each nail to qualify.

Re: Is This Really Archery Hunting?

I do love my PCP air rifles. Have alot of different calibers. From small game to deer, wild boar, ect. Very accurate and deadly with the right pellet. This novelty model don't spark any interest for me at all. There was talk of this 10 year's ago in the HPA rifle world. Wasn't something we were exci...

Re: Triggertech

Yup. He mentioned that to me on my first call to him.And sent a list. Then I thought I shouldn't have to touch a darn thing myself. It was a point to him I was making. Then he said to just mail it back. I knew about Boos way to polish. But after seeing how easy the trigger unit's were, decided to ta...

Re: Triggertech

The trigger in the Matrix 350 LE i just bought is the smoothest Excalibur trigger I have seen. I was planning to install a TT when I got the bow but am well satisfied with the factory trigger. No creep at all and breaks like glass. I've had 3 tt sold them all, seen no difference in my poi with stoc...

Re: Waxing Yes or No, (not your bikini line)

The wax is for the string fibers under the serving. Without question, the strand to strand/filament to filiment friction is the highest there. If a string is going to break, it will be at or under the serving. An amazingly small amount of wax is needed. You can slather the serving with string lube ...

Re: WHat Are Ya changin fer this Season ?

Equipment wise, I'm all set. Won't be needing any changes on either CB. I've always been fortunate to be able to pick a spot up against a nice big tree to plant myself and harvest. And stalking. Having scentloc clothing sure helps for that. Sure beats climbing a tree and finding a nice fat tree limb...
