Ok redid test with tape player, used the built in mike this time and there is remarkable results. Behind the crossbow and 3 feet to the right it was loud and you can hear the bow shoot then bolt hit target. At ten yards from xbow 3 feet to the right noise was slightly less, again you can hear xbow s...

RichardS I posted about the finn style simms a long time back, They did help with my TenPoint but lost the ones on the front/cam side after about 50-60 shots, the pair next to the rail no problem. The ones I was using were the finn type. I read a post where someone was trying them on the rail but ha...

Everything I have read on the subject of left or right spin states it makes no difference in which way the arrow spins. Now if you have your arrows flecthed fer right spin and broad heads fer left spin I...

gad the protective caps that come with the scope are more for protecting the lens from dust while the xbow is being stored, carried, or hanging on your wall. I take mine off to shoot, they do make some good ones you can leave down/on and see through. :D

Sorry folks, I didn't specify but this is a recurve, a short stiff, very uncooperative recurve (Old Commando). I can see where restringing/destringing a compound would be complicated but this one should have been as simple as falling off a log. The main problem was getting the old string off the no...

Shakky I gotta load mine up once a week during season.. However they will empty them in about two days or three at most. The deer in my area seem to have a every two week cycle they follow. Every two weeks they empty them fast, next two weeks they empty slow. I also let them run dry fer a week and a...
