Thanks for the all the info. Still seems to be a little too much. But I can make it work. My old bow came with string too long and had to shorten it up. Still learning. Great forum.

I have which maybe a dumb question. I'm still pretty new to crossbows. I just got my new 380 today. My question is, is the rope cocker supposed to be short by about 4inches? I can pull the string up to hook it in but that doesn't seem right. I wonder if the one for the micro got packaged by mistake....
