Re: FireBolts - excessive glue
I don't own any fletching gear, just want what I paid for .. well-made accurate bolts.
If the glue guy was asleep at the wheel, why should the end user get stuck with the results?

Re: FireBolts - excessive glue
I also received a PM from another member in the US who got a similar box of 6 Excal Firebolts.
He ended up receiving 6 replacements from Excal and a shipping lable to return the others.
May be the thing to do in my case, here in Canada.

FireBolts - excessive glue
Picked up 6 Excal-boxed FireBolts from Bow Hunter Supersore online and find that the glue job on the fletching is super sloppy :( I asked BHS if THEY fletched these bolts, or Excal or even Easton ... replied Excal does. Anyone experienced anything similar? I expected a better product touting accurac...

Re: Few more Moose Pics
Great photos!
I know how hard these are to get.
Be careful and enjoy, but remember they are wild critters and therefore unpredictable.

Re: sad way to start a new year ( OT )
Some sad stories here. Addiction can be complicated and difficult for many to comprehend. It is the tip of the iceberg, the real issue, and often not apparent to observers. Despite the increasing issues with prescription drugs, alcohol remains the most devastating of all. Beware of the dragon, folks...

Re: 2010 archery moose trip
RJ: You seem to twist my post into some kind of personal attack. It wasn't. FYI I DID consider PM, but the purpose of my post was e d u c a t i o n for members and to make a suggestion (wisely followed) to the poster. Contrary to your response, I did 'pick up' on the nice photos - they brought back ...

Re: 2010 archery moose trip
 I live in T.Bay, have stayed at Pasha Lake a few times and have hunted the area many times. You have taken a few great pics, but may want to remove the ones of Uncle Mark with the grouse .... "No discharge of firearms from or across the travelled portion of a right-of-way" ... to q...

Re: HCO ScoutGuard / ScoutView SG550V Camo Trail Camera
For all trail cam info check out www.chasingame.com
The Scoutguard, HCO and Bushnell 'stories' can be complicated, but this site knows their stuff!
I have the 550V and it is quite the amazing cam for its small size.

Re: Deluxe T-Form Padded Case
Anything in that side pocket to protect the arrow vanes from being deformed when other items make contact with that side of the case? (as in plenty of gear packed into a trunk for a lengthy period/trip)

We know that spot also Thunder. Beautifull spot there. We camp down by the old airplane strip if you know where that is. We only archery hunt there though. How did everyone do up there this year?? I know the airstrip well - SE of Elph Lake. I missed a gun opportunity on a bull that could be a twin ...

You guys are about 15 min from where we generally hunt. Do you camp on one of the lakes near the Armistice/Dog River Roa...
