Trigger job?
I have a grizzly cub and the trigger isn't the smoothest.the creep is pretty good with its staging before it fires, wondering if just oil will help or can that trigger be removed and polished?

Re: DrStirrup Videos
I watched the videos and it makes sense but I kept waiting for him to shoot the bow with his equipment in it to hear if there is a major difference and he didn't. It seems if your trying to show a value in sounds and vibration you would do a shooting test, disappointed that there was no shooting. A ...

Re: danny miller conversation lol
Well I just got my package in the mail from Danny and it had a crossbow stand which is great and a pair of his arrow puller pliers. I tried to order some other items but Danny kept talking me out of them. I'd say give me x and he'd say why? I explained why I thought I could use it and he would follo...

Re: Traditional vertical bow Question
Yes it is, no problem. Make sure your arrow is tuned properly and you have a good quality sharp two blade fix head, Eskimo is a great choice. Keep shits under 20 yards and your go to go. Check game laws, here in IL a 40 lb min is required. Good luck and have fun.

Re: First attempt at an arrow
Well I just threw a dozen arrows together. Aston 2219 cut to 17.25 along with insert, nock and vanes comes to 318.05. With a 150 gr head my total weight comes out to 468.05 and with a 100 gr head the total is 418.05. The heavier flies really well but I have not been able to shoot any great distance, ...

Re: Buying dad a crossbow.
As a newbie to the crossbow world I bought the grizzly cub. One of the major reasons I bought this was the shorter stock, where I hunt I'm only allowed to use it in the last few weeks of the deer season. With the heavier clothes the short stock was key. It's the exact same bow as the grizzly except ...

Re: Trouble makers at it again!
I picked up a couple ran home safari ghilles for ground hunting, a lot easier to pack in, and work really well.

Re: Trouble makers at it again!
Scumbags steal and damage others property, not pillars of a community. I think I would stop huhting deer and start hunting scumbags. Catch them in the act on film and immediately turn them in to the cops and press charges. I have been fortunate I hunt public land and have not had anything happen to ...

Hey Sparkey,
Was thinking the same for my,bolts. I have some 2219 I'm going to cut down to 17/17.25. I've tried 16 inch and they seem to fly good jaunt haven't aired them out yet. I think 17 is the number. Shooting a grizzly cub' what bow you shooting them out of? let us now how they fly.

Re: Which Excal makes the most sense for me?
Check your state laws regarding bows. I am in,Illinois and they have a max weight of 200 lbs. hate to see how many guys bought 405's and come to find out they can't use them.
