Never seen a level tree stand always put a level on a vertical bow or cross bow. Makes a big difference .

First before getting rid of the scope ..loosen it and adjust eye relief by sliding it forwards or backwards till you have a full scope filled/diameter view. Then after securing the scope.. check for a diopter adjustment on rear of eyepiece. Sight through scope at a nearby blank wall and adjust diop...

To find out KINETIC ENERGY
Formula is = arrow weight x velocity x velocity divided by 450,240
= true kinetic energy
Then there is no guessing
