May consider trade on crossbow. Asking: $375 CAD. Anyone know anything about this particular bow or the quality of the m...

Just moved to Ontario three years ago from Nova Scotia. Finally stopped complaining about the big cities around here and got out looking for some hunting/fishing spots. I was a little discouraged with the fishing pressure around the GTA at first, but I have since found some secluded hot spots not to...

Thanks Sliver, I was just thinking about that today. I could do it myself, but I would much rather get someone to do it right  . I'm still going to keep my eyes open  around this area (Burlington, Milton) and see if I can find someone out this way. If need be, I'll make the hour drive ou...

20 feet seems quite high to me  . I've hunted from trees and placed my stand any where between 8 to 15 feet. I took a big 10 pointer out of my 8 foot stand. he only winded me once he was at 12 yards and directly in front of me. By then it was too late  .

Construction Deer.

Just walked into the patch of woods right next to our job site in Kingston and bumped into a nice size doe. She made about three jumps and then turned around to see what spooked her. I sat down in front of a tree down wind of her. Ten minutes later she came walking back, tail waging and everything. ...
