Re: HELP. Matrix 380 shoots low after scope adjustment
Thanks, appreciate the help. I saw a good post from Aug, 2017, a lot of the same advise. We'll try in a few hours and see if we're good or not.

HELP. Matrix 380 shoots low after scope adjustment
My Buddy bought a 380 from Cabela's this summer. Asked for my help sighting it in. Basically, we adjusted scope at 20 yards, get on target. Move to 30 yards, it's shooting low, move back into 20 yards - still low. Ok, fine. Adjust scope again. Same result, on. Then low. It is not right or left. Scop...

Re: Bubble Level on riser.
I found one on Amazon and it works great for me. It is a "Darice mini level", was like $4 for 2 in a package. I put one on riser, they come in clear box, so mounting is easy. I used some 3M double sided tape, thick stuff. Anyway, I liked it, easy and looks good.

Re: Is something not right with my 1992 stock string?
So, the latest on the 1992 Excalibur string, not so good. I made a jig and stretched it for two weeks and tightened every 3-4 days. After all that, I'm still 5/8" off reference line on riser. (Only 3/8" improvement.) The string that came with Matrix 355, I need to twist a lot to get it on ...

Is something not right with my 1992 stock string?
Nine months prior to me getting on this forum, I purchased a 355 Matrix. I thought a extra string would be wise. So I purchased a 1992SB from Excalibur through Amazon. I decided to rotate strings today. My first thought was I bought a Micro string?!! I dug around and found the original packaging, sa...

Re: REDS, dbKiller, or Baby Bumpers? Plus vs. Minus?
Thanks guys. On my way. Heat shrink retainer clip - done. Plastic coat - purchased. Started building jig, like Boo shows. Then I'll add string whiskers. Like heavy arrows anyway, that's good. Working on material for isolating stirrup and stock bolts and hardware. Don't think I'll buy a new stock, bu...

Re: REDS, dbKiller, or Baby Bumpers? Plus vs. Minus?
Thanks, good tips! I'm working on some of those currently. I'll have to try the Flemish string... didn't know that made a difference. Just trying to get that the TWANG to more of a dead THUD. I haven't hunted with my Matrix much, haven't even shot at a animal yet. Took 2 deer last year with my Bowte...

Re: First attempt at an arrow
Love it when a project works out! I had good luck with 2117 and QuickFletch vanes, 2" vanes. I've used the "Crossbow" 3" vanes Quickfletch and have had problems with vanes ripping on Matrix 355. I'm not sure why? 2" regular worked great.

REDS, dbKiller, or Baby Bumpers? Plus vs. Minus?
New to Forum, and enjoying conversations. Bought a Matrix 355 last summer, and just received Vixen ll for my daughter. Being a long time bow hunter, I've been researching ways to lessen the TWANG. I do NOT have expectations to ever make it "quiet." I do some urban hunting, and one anti-hun...

Re: Range Finders
For bow hunting, any model will work great. For a crossbow, I don't need one. But I've have bow hunted for a long time. (decades) Rifle hunting long range, they are nice and how much you spend matters.

Wish I would have known sooner. New Forum member, enjoying all the knowledge here. But Expo was in full swing when I started forum. I can see this will be a big help.
Thanks!
