Re: American Archery Supply

American Archery has been around for a long time. It is also local for me. Or use to be. His archery shop was becoming second to his online sales and I believe online sales are all he does now. I have dealt with Russel. Purchased my Exocet from him. He has some of the best online prices around. His...

Re: American Archery Supply

Ive been in the hunting-trading business a long time. Longer than his store has been around. My questions are, why promote a return policy then turn around and say you do not do returns? If I'm not wanting a return at all, why is an exchange or credit not even possible? Esp given the fact that I was...

American Archery Supply

With a big bear hunt coming up, I decided to get back into the crossbow game 3 weeks ago. I checked all around for recent info, to see if there was much new to the Excal world. Seeing the Equinox and Twilight Scope was the best package available, I ordered the set from American Archery Supply. The b...

Not sappy, it's who we are for the most part. Good to see your post, Scott! Long Trang, there's a way to turn the new forum back to the old, which I did 'toot sweet'. Do tell my good friend... 1. click on 'user control panel' 2. on left 'board preference' 3. find 'my board style' choose 'subsilver2...

Unless all of the bygone members of the forum are here to respond, its just pure speculation.

My factory field tips were zeroed (150 grains) and then I switched over to the 125 slicks. I had to adjust to the left about 2 inches but after that, the above mentioned happened.

On the rope cocker, glad it wasnt just mine  Im 6'4'' so I was expecting my long limbs to compensate :D

Slick Trick and Rope cocker questions

Does this sound right?

Factory firebolt and 125gr slick trick. 50 yards zero, 40 yards 2 inches high, 30 zero, 20 zero.....

Rope cocking aid, 3 inches short? Have to pull string up 3 inches before other hook will catch?
