Good to have you and your input to the forum Ranger. There are so many nice peopls here to give good advice. I had to go from a side be side double shotgut to a semi- automatic[3shots] to lessen the recoil. Will never be able to use slugs in the 12 gauge or most any high powered rifle. I have the cr...

sun protective clothing
Does anyone know where to buy sun protective clothing? Hats and shirts and slacks. I would like to see them before I bought them, at lease to see if they fit. I would like to find a place in sw Ontario. I found a good place that has an excellent supply of goods, just I can't see them. You can view t...

Keep taking the kids camping. We took our girls a few times each year. It did get to be a challenge. When they got older we didn't see them unless they got hungry or thirsty or needed more money to but food and drink. It was well worth it in hind sight. They now are taking their children camping. Th...

:?: Just a small question. Is there any regulations on the minimum trigger pull? If the trigger pull is too light it would be classed as a 'hair trigger' and I think the frown down on them. I have always liked a firm trigger pull. If and when I get ready to squeeze the trigger I want to know I have ...

spring bear
The only way we will get a spring bear hunt is if someone convinces the Conservatives that all bears are Liberal, then we will have an open season. Its all politics.

Just one day at a time my friend. I don't know anything about your condition but it seems like it is going to interfear with pulling the bow. As you know there are different types of bows with cocking aids. I had to get rid of my 70# compound ans get an Excalibur crossbow. With it I was back in the ...

That was a very good video clip. Every thing looks alive and well there. Its always that little tail that gets them in trouble. Actually it has caught a few hunters also.

deer hunting
I just sent an email. I was wondering if that police officer will have himself charger for hunting out of season. If they were so concerned about the deer they would have them captured and released back into the wild. The main predator of the deer is the same as it has been for centuries, its the hu...
