Been trying to get my scope lined out , had alittle trouble at first , but have got it going now. I was glad to see how well my vortex shot , but it sure can get in your back pocket. Just read the link you gave me a minute ago. Looks like maybe all I need to do is up the speed ring alittle and shoot again at 50 . I was about 6" high , dead on left to right . Then I 'll go back and check the other ranges.

I have read the paper work that comes with the scope , but have a question . It saids to set the compensation markers to 10 yard each , to turn the speed ring to the speed of your bow. I have shot my bow through a chornograph and set the ring to as close as I can to that speed. I sighted it in at 20...

Saxman: The 280 is a good round, but is a first cousin to the 7 Mag. IMHO if you go that route stay with the 7 Mag easier to get ammo. But my pick is a 300 WSM , but I hand load and there is so many differant types of bullets for a 30 calibur. This make it easy to load up and down depending on what ...
