I watched the DVD. The guy's brain was affected from the drugs and alchohol he took. Definately not normal. The movie is worth watching though.

Here is a little something on the subject: Barometer Most outdoorsman pay close attention to the barometric pressure as an indication of general activity no matter what sort of game they may be after. This is the number one one weather indictor to pay attention to and check regularly when heading to...

When taking off the DB bars, what effect ( if you know), did this have on velocity or any other effect it may have had on the xbow? I also question the value of the bars. Bill

If the deer was 40 yards away (horizontally) aim exactly as you would as if you were on the ground 40 yards away. (I dont know how your gun is sighted in). Its a basic law of physics that most do not understand. Thats all you need to know whether shooting up or down hill. Your shot went over the dee...

Read your posting with interest. I too, have a Horton and an Excalibur crossbow and have the same feelings as you. The Horton is noticably more "compact" making treestand shots a little easier. But I like the Excal. also. It is hard to favor one over the other. This year, Im doing most of ...

I have a Horton and Excalibur Exomag. The Horton is definately easier to shoot from a ladder tree stand when the deer approaches from behind the tree. The length AND the width are more problematic with the Excalibur. Thats the only thing I dont like about the Excalibur. Just keep it in mind......its...

I agree with Divemaster920 and ch312...........any burlap type bag filled with old pillows or clothes has worked great for me. Target points pull out with 2 fingers. And it has got to be the cheapest target going!
