After a couple three years of debating these type of folks I've got to say that those words do not surprise me. They utterly dispise our crossbows. What does surprise me is that they used them in front of a board that is making the decision on this. That wasn't too smart... Did any of them call cros...

Jarrod_04,

You get what you pay for.

Clem,

There are a half dozen Alabamians on here. Probably a lot more to follow if and when this passes.

Any one of 400 people on here can help you with any problems or give you any advice that you need.

I've got my fingers crossed for ya'll.

Welcome..

Re: When will we know about the decision on Alabama crossbow

.......... I guess the gist of what I am saying is that this thing could hang around until the week bowseason begins. Striper hmm. I don't think that is quite fair to anyone on either side of the issue.. They should rule as quickly as possible one way or the other and get this behind you all so you...

Is there a time frame on this?

Does the legislative committee have to act soon so that the word can get out?

I cant imagine anyone, even the government, dragging their feet too long.

It will be archery hunting season before you know it.

.......... I was in attendance back in 1992 on several trips to Montgomery when the first law passed. The BHA fought hard against us then and I have never forgotten how the opposition fought against the handicapped hunters in Alabama.................. Thanks Book There are numerous bowhunting organ...

Falcon, Forgive us if some folks on here do not believe your story. It does seem quite odd that you have shot and hunted with an Excalibur for 4 years and you have only just NOW found this site just to tell us you are going back to a "real bow". You know, several folks on here are looking f...

GOOD LUCK Striper..

We are pulling for you..

Don't let the BHA bully you.

Keep your cool and present your facts.

It would be a shame if the CAB backpedaled just becasue a bunch of whining from the vocal minority of bowhunters....

Let us know what happened one way or the other..

Mark,

Progress is slow , but we are getting there.

I do believe that (f) was put into the regs some time back to counter that bow that shoots through some sort of a pipe system. I forgot what the name is. It was Acurr- something or another.
