experience shooting bolts through mesh screens

My Ameristep blind has both standard mesh windows and the Total Scent Control TSC mesh replacements. Never shot through either of these and was wondering if anyone has any experience / tips doing so?

So would I be better off just not replennishing the apples til hunt season starts in two weeks? This should make the bear move on if there aren't any apples left for him.
The location is on a well used deer trail, they are still using the trail on a daily basis. Thoughts?

Getting a Bear to move on

Evening folks, Well, I've been dropping some apples for the past three weeks near a trail that I have my ground blind set to go. The trail is very active with deer going up to a ridge from the lower bedding area. Today we noticed that a bear has come in leaving to business cards (piles) after taking...

Glad we don't have the theft problems in Northern Ontario. When you consider that I get in the stand before sunrise and climb out at last daylight with a small lunch break in between. Unless someone is walking the woods at night with night vision goggles... The same applies to our ATVs, no one touch...

just like enormous, I lock my climbing stand. I use wiser locks that fit in the pin wholes. Once I have climbed the tree and am satisfied with the pin locations, I replace the pins with locks.

Need Help - Lumizone Battery #

Evening Folks,

Yes, I took out my battery in my lumizone because I had left it on once (which did the trick, once is too many). Yes, I misplaced it, blaming it on age. Could someone please provide me with the number on the battery. Much appreciated.
